Norman began his roofing career in 1992. After gaining extensive experience and expertise over the years, he founded Norman & Sons Construction in 2012. He is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that every roof project is durable and reliable. With over 30 years of professional experience and a strong commitment to his values, Norman is dedicated to bringing the same level of passion and integrity to your roofing needs.

Norman Jr. has been actively involved in the family business since 2012, working alongside his father to contribute to its growth. Throughout the years, he has gained comprehensive experience in roofing and construction, while also managing Dumpster Dudes, a dumpster rental company operated with his brother. Whether overseeing job sites or coordinating rental services, Norman Jr. demonstrates a strong commitment to professionalism and a dedicated work ethic in all responsibilities.

Nicholas joined the family business in 2014, bringing his own strong work ethic and dedication to the Norman & Sons Construction crew. Since then, he's become a reliable part of the team. He is most recognized for his dependable roofing expertise and effective communication skills. In addition to his work in construction, Nicholas co-manages Dumpster Dudes with his brother, Norman Jr. He is committed to delivering high-quality results and ensuring the success of each project.
